We have 5 storage lockers available along with the contents of a former home flipper has decided to hire out the jobs instead of doing them himself. We're cleaning the remaining inventory and selling everything to the highest bidder

Auction Terms & Conditions Upon completeion of the auction, cards will be charged for the won amount plus BP. If shipping applies, once lots are sorted and shipping is calculated, a separate invoice will be emailed and arrangements made to procure in house shipping at that point.
STORAGE LOCKER INFORMATION: Lockers will be charged through the auction company. A $50 deposit per unit will have to be paid in person upon arriving at the location. This deposit will be refunded once the unit is deemed cleared. All items must be removed. There is no dumpster available on site. Access to the site is 24/7 and you will have 72 hours to clear the unit. You'll be given access to the units on 17 June 2020 as early as 9a. For preview, call 513.614.8119 to set up a time to go look. All units are abandoned or forfeited because of lack of payment. Units are located on Schuman Rd in St Leon IN just minutes off I-74.
All sales are final. All items sold as-is where is. We will do our best to describe all items properly, but it is your responsibility to determine actual items condition and functionality. We welcome you to preview items and use photographs to determine condition and completeness. We welcome your questions and will do our absolute best to field any request you may have regarding these items. Some items may be new, however please do not assume that all items are.
Please keep in mind all items are sold as is with parts as pictured and described. If an item is not pictured and/or described to be included with the sale, do not assume that it will be part of the sale.
A bid is a binding contract and you are required to pay for the item and abide by our terms which includes picking your items up during the allotted period.
Any item that is affixed in place is the responsibility of the buyer to uninstall. Removal of any item must be done in a safe manner that adheres to local and national safety and regulatory standards
