For several years, AuctionCincy has been the live auction provider for HART at their annual gala event each October. Due to the current climate and the COVID pandemic, this year's event is not able to happen and in place we are honored to offer a charity online event. All proceeds from this event will go to HART directly to benefit the animals that they help on a daily basis. If you wish to make a donation to the organization, please use one of the final spots to place a bid on a donation "item" and this cash pay out will be given directly to HART.

Auction Terms & Conditions All sales are final. All items sold as-is where is. We will do our best to describe all items properly, but it is your responsibility to determine actual items condition and functionality. We welcome you to preview items and use photographs to determine condition and completeness. We welcome your questions and will do our absolute best to field any request you may have regarding these items. Some items may be new, however please do not assume that any or all items are.
Please keep in mind all items are sold as is with parts as pictured and described. If an item is not pictured and/or described to be included with the sale, do not assume that it will be part of the sale.
A bid is a binding contract and you are required to pay for the item and abide by our terms which includes picking your items up during the allotted period.
Delivery and shipping can be arranged. A donation of $20 is required to have your items delivered near the 275 loop in Cincinnati. Shipping will be billed according to size and cost. Please keep stat and local regulations in mind when purchasing items to ship.
Due to COVID-19, please be mindful of any and all state or local regulations regarding mask wearing and distancing as well as any other virus specific order.
